Cancelation Policy

Your spa treatments are reserved specifically for you, and we ask that you adhere to our scheduling policies.

Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule, and allow time for travel.

Cancellations within 24 hours incur a 50% fee, and no-shows or same-day cancellations are charged in full. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service, with charges for the full appointment. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may lead to a full charge if the service cannot be completed.

By scheduling, you agree to these policies. A credit card is required to book, even for gift card and third-party voucher payments. You’ll receive text and email confirmations and reminders. Confirm your appointment via the link in the email. Automated reminders cannot be replied to; use the provided link or contact the service provider directly for cancellations or rescheduling if you have difficulty with the provided link. Payment is due after the service, with options for credit card, gift card, cash, or voucher
