Couples Massages Available?

Yes, we offer couples massages. While we do not have a single treatment room with two tables, you and your partner will be placed in private treatment rooms next to each other. When booking, simply select the two massage services you and your partner would like.

Facial Treatments Offered?

We offer a range of facials to meet your specific skin care needs, including deep cleansing, hydrating, anti-aging, and acne treatments. Our estheticians will work with you to determine the best facial for your skin type and concerns.

Group Bookings & Capacity?

Sunset Spa has seven service providers on staff, enabling up to seven clients to receive services at the same time. Availability may vary by service and booking type.

Spa Layout & Capacity

Our spa features two manicure tables, three pedicure chairs, three standard treatment rooms, two head spa treatment rooms, and two hair stylist stations. This layout allows us to comfortably accommodate multiple guests at the same time, depending on services booked.

Head Spa Capacity?

We have two head spa treatment rooms and can accommodate two guests at a time for head spa services. For larger groups, head spa treatments are thoughtfully scheduled alongside other spa services to create a seamless, extended spa day experience.

Cancellation & Policies

Your spa treatments are reserved specifically for you, and we ask that you adhere to our scheduling policies.

Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule, and allow time for travel.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened service, but the full appointment fee will still apply.
If you arrive 15 minutes late, you will be marked no-show.

A credit card is required to book, even for gift card and third-party voucher payments. You’ll receive text and email confirmations and reminders. Confirm your appointment via the link in the email or text message. Automated reminders cannot be replied to; use the provided link or contact the service provider directly for cancellations or rescheduling if you have difficulty with the provided link.

Payment is due after the service, with options for credit card, gift card, cash, or voucher.

Please review all policies, pre-care, and aftercare information.

If your appointment requires a form, you will receive it via text or email after scheduling. All forms must be completed prior to your appointment. If the forms are not completed in advance, your service may be shortened to allow time for paperwork completion.

By scheduling, you agree to these policies.

We do not store full credit card information; instead, we use a secure, encrypted token.

Sunset Spa Gift Policies

Sunset Spa gift cards are valid toward services and retail products at Sunset Spa LLC. • Gift cards carry no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by law. • Gift cards must be presented at the time of checkout to be redeemed.

Expiration & Restrictions • Paid gift cards never expire. • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or damaged. • Gift cards cannot be used toward gratuity unless otherwise stated. • Gift cards cannot be split across multiple accounts or transferred for resale. • Gift cards may not be used toward Botox, injectables, or third-party vendor services unless explicitly permitted.

Online Purchases • Gift cards purchased online will be delivered electronically to the email address provided by the purchaser. • Sunset Spa is not responsible for incorrect email entry by the purchaser. • Processing times may vary.

Fraud Prevention • Sunset Spa reserves the right to void any gift card or promotional bonus card obtained through fraud, duplication, or unauthorized channels.
